James F. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan engages in civil trial and appellate practice in the State and Federal Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Sullivan concentrates his practice on litigation of his clients’ cases, focusing on negligence and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Sullivan has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict before juries. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Sullivan was the principal court attorney for a sitting judge in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County. He then served as trial counsel to an in house insurance defense firm for a major insurance company.

David A. Kelly

Mr. Kelly engages in civil trial and appellate practice in the Courts of the State of New York. His practice includes conducting trials, the management of litigation involving matters of no-fault, personal injury, premises liability, vehicular negligence, and claims involving suspected fraud. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kelly was an associate with a large law firm where he concentrated on personal injury cases and all areas of negligence.
